Taking time to enjoy life is not a sin.
Enjoyment, done right, is a form of gratitude for and appreciation of the beauties and delights the universe has to offer.
Enjoyment, done right, is part of the natural rhythm of life… a time to relax, reflect, and recharge.
Thus, enjoyment, done right, is a form of loving myself.
But my pleasures and diversions must have a conscience…
… savored without gluttony…
… enjoyed only in proportion to my deserts…
… and never indulged at the expense of others.
