Solidarity

The humility and courage to say “I don’t know”, “I’m afraid”, “I’m sorry”, or “I need help”…

has the power to tear down every wall that divides us—

giving us the chance to understand and encourage each other—

transforming our fears and imperfections from sources of anxiety and isolation into a basis for fellowship, healing, and hope—

inviting us all to laugh together at our common foibles and cry together at our shared sufferings,

in other words, to become true friends.
