I’m trying to digest the book. Zweig was a true European. He made no difference between one country, nation, people or the other. Then a lunatic arrived preaching hatred. And it worked. 6 million Jews dead, 60 million dead overall in WWII.
Now we have another lunatic preaching hatred. And people listen and cheer. This is bad, man.
